What this covers

This page is about verdicthire.com, the website. The Verdict Hire app has its own terms, which we agree with each company before a pilot starts.

What we collect

If you fill in the pilot form, we keep your name, work email, company, the role you want to fill, the time you sent it and the country it came from. Your IP address is kept for one hour to stop spam. That is all.

The site sets no cookies and runs no ads or trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short technical logs to keep the site up.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you about the pilot. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after we last spoke, unless you start working with us. Ask and we delete it sooner.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare's servers and in our Google Workspace email. Both may be outside Egypt.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, fix it or delete it. Email hello@verdicthire.com and we will reply within 30 days.
